I believe that beauty and intuitive touch is an intimate art form. Our philosophy is rooted in the integration of skin, energy healing, spirituality and wellness.
skin is never just skin—it is a reflection of the body’s internal state, emotional landscape, and energetic flow. I approach skincare as a holistic practice where science, somatic awareness, and energy healing work together to restore balance from the inside out.
I specialize in personalize in advanced holistic treatments that address skin concerns such as breakouts, hyperpigmentation, and signs of aging, while also supporting the deeper systems that influence them—nervous system regulation, lymphatic flow, fascia tension, and energetic stagnation.
Through the synergy of facial therapy and energy work, my treatments support a deep somatic release of stored tension patterns held within the face, body, and energy field. This allows the skin to soften, circulation to improve, and the nervous system to shift out of stress response and into restoration.
My work is for those who are ready to move beyond surface-level care and into true skin transformation.
The Hands Behind the Art

My journey began over 8 years ago in Aesthetics, where I trained in the foundations of skin health and developed a deep respect for working with all skin types. Early on, I chose to further my education in skin of colour, understanding that true expertise requires nuance, care, and an ability to see skin beyond a one-size-fits-all approach.
While in school for aesthetics, I first heard about Reiki. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what it was—but something about it stayed with me.
Years later, that quiet curiosity turned into something much more instinctive. I began practicing energy work on myself without even having a name for it yet—just an inner knowing that something within me was shifting. That path eventually led me to formally become a Reiki Master, deepening my understanding of energy, embodiment, and emotional release.
As I started to understand my own energy patterns, my entire life began to change. The way I saw myself, the way I moved through the world, even the way I understood beauty—it all transformed. At the same time clients would always tell me how healing my hands are and how nurturing my energy is even while working at a busy med spa. These constant reminders stuck with me. I began to realized that so much of what we carry in our skin is connected to what we carry within our nervous system, our emotions, and our lived experiences.
This is where my work started to go beyond the surface.
SANCTUARY 7 was born from this integration—the meeting point of clinical skin expertise and intuitive energy healing. My passion now lies in helping people reinvent themselves through the art of beauty and personal transformation. Not by becoming someone new, but by returning to the version of themselves that has always been there beneath the noise, the stress, and the holding.
