Terms and conditions

At Sanctuary 7, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Appointments & Booking Policy

All appointments are reserved in advance and require a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Deposits are required to confirm all bookings and are applied toward your total service cost.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit

  • Credit

  • Cash

  • E-Transfer

  • Afterpay (eligible services only, see Section 7)

2. Refund Policy

All products, services, gift cards, deposits, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable.

Due to the time, preparation, and scheduling reserved for each client, we do not offer refunds for any completed or reserved service. You may only reschedule once, a second reschedule will result in losing depsoit. No shows will be charged the full appointment cost.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds will not be issued in place of rescheduling.

​

By booking with Sanctuary 7, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

​

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty.

  • A second reschedule will result in your deposit becoming non-transferable and your appointment being cancelled.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full appointment amount.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) without notice will result in the full appointment amount being charged.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your service within the allocated time, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable, and your appointment may be forfeited.

5. Guests

To maintain a calm and intentional healing environment, clients are asked to attend appointments alone.

​

If you arrive with a guest, they must remain in the designated waiting area downstairs.

​

6. Pricing & Service Changes

Prices and services are subject to change as Sanctuary 7 evolves and expands its offerings. Updates may occur without prior notice.

7. Afterpay Policy

Afterpay is available exclusively for services with select qualifying upgrades, including (but not limited to):

  • Casmara Gold Masque upgrade

  • Diamond Micro Back treatment

  • Reiki sessions

  • Membership packages

​

Single standalone services may not be split into Afterpay unless explicitly approved.

​

By selecting Afterpay, you agree to all Afterpay terms and conditions. In the event of a no-show, payments will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

8. Health & Treatment Disclaimer

By booking services such as facials, microneedling, chemical peels, buccal sculpting, or Reiki energy healing, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities.

​

Sanctuary 7 is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions.

​

9. Consent

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive the services selected and acknowledge that results may vary based on individual skin type, health, and lifestyle factors.

10. Policy Agreement

By booking with Sanctuary 7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
